1. Introduction and Acceptance
This document establishes the terms and conditions for using the web voting platform for the The Artist Awards 2026 event. By accessing this page and submitting your vote, you expressly agree to comply with the rules described below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility Criteria
For a vote to be considered valid, the user submitting it must meet the following cumulative conditions:
- Correctly fill in the mandatory fields in the voting form (valid email address and date of birth).
- Express their voting choice individually and manually. It is forbidden to use any automated systems (bots, scripts, browser extensions) to artificially multiply the number of votes.
- Not use temporary email addresses or fictitious accounts. Our system validates the uniqueness of the normalized email through Cloudflare D1.
3. Voting Period and Process
The official voting session takes place between August 5 and August 6, 2026.
The vote is split into two major sections: Artists Awards and Creators Awards. Users can vote only once in each section. Once submitted, voting choices cannot be edited, modified, or canceled by the user. The final results will be calculated after eliminating votes invalidated based on Security and Anti-Fraud analysis.
The nominations are based on the artists’ performances and releases between 1 June 2025 and 30 June 2026.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, including design elements, source code, logos, text, graphics, and nominee names presented on the platform belong to the organizers of The Artist Awards 2026 and official partners of NIBIRU festivals. It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any visual or structural element without the prior written consent of the rights holders.
5. Limitation of Liability
The organizers do not assume liability for technical failures related to the user's internet connection, the operation of third-party browsers or servers, or for errors arising in data processing independent of our internal system (e.g. telecom network errors or email client issues).
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the voting process in the event of a cyber attack, massive fraud attempts, or force majeure, without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate users.
6. Changes to Terms
These rules may be updated periodically by the organizers to reflect legislative changes or optimizations made to the voting platform. Users are encouraged to consult this page before expressing their vote.
7. Contact and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the voting platform shall be governed by the laws of Romania and resolved amicably or, otherwise, by the competent courts of Romania.
