  • Your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR): If you voluntarily choose to check the option to receive news, updates, and promotional offers related to NIBIRU festivals. You can withdraw your consent at any time (unsubscribe).

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored under maximum security conditions:

  • Email uniqueness validation and storage is performed using secure global cloud services (Cloudflare D1 SQL Database) located in the European Union.
  • Centralized recording of votes is done via SSL-encrypted connections directly to our internal forms on the platform.
  • We do not sell, rent, or alienate your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Data Retention Period

We keep voting data (email, voting choices, IP) for a maximum period of 12 months after the completion of the The Artist Awards 2026 event, in order to resolve any disputes and generate anonymous statistical reports. Data used for the newsletter (email) will be kept until you withdraw your consent by unsubscribing.
